We invite outstanding candidates to apply for a postdoctoral position in basic and translational biology focused on tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC), cancer genetics, and cancer metabolism.
Our lab investigates the genetic, cellular, and molecular mechanisms underlying tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC), a tumor suppressor gene syndrome that causes benign tumors in many organs including the brain, kidney, skin, and lung.We are particularly interested in TSC-associated renal and lung tumors. Our approaches include biochemistry, cell biology, mouse genetics, human genetics and preclinical testing of candidate therapeutic strategies in mouse models. Several exciting projects are available depending on the experience of the candidate. We have a great lab environment with many collaborations and opportunities to use state-of-the art approaches.
